4 on 4 off Days & Nights (06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00, with half-hour handover) - Quarterly Bonus up to �2,400 + 15% Pension Contributions + Option to Purchase Shares + OTE �60k+

What you\'ll be doing

As a Maintenance Electrician, you\'ll focus on the electrical reliability of a wide range of PLC-controlled automated equipment while also assisting with mechanical tasks when required. You\'ll be a key figure in keeping this new site operating at peak performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Electrical fault finding on motors, drives, inverters, relays, and safety circuits.
  • Reading and working from electrical schematics to diagnose and repair faults.
  • Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
  • Responding to electrical breakdowns quickly and effectively.
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects, upgrades, and installations.
  • Contributing to root cause analysis and long-term reliability improvements.
  • Assisting mechanical colleagues with bearings, belts, and gearboxes where required.

This role is ideal for a Maintenance Electrician who thrives on working with modern, high-tech systems and wants to develop further in PLCs, automation, and controls.
