Overview

Our client are specialists in their market sector; due to expansion they are looking to recruit a Maintenance Electrician on a 2-shift system.

Responsibilities

• This is a permanent position.
• Work on planned and breakdown maintenance on a range of machinery associated with production.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and breakdown work on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Minimise downtime to production.
• PLC diagnostics.
• Work on a 2 shift pattern, Monday to Thursday.

The Person

• Ideally time served.
• Multiskilled.
• Logical problem solver with excellent fault-finding abilities.
• Previous manufacturing experience is essential.
• PLC experience essential.
• Happy working 2 Monday-Thursday, one week days and one week nights.
• Knowledge of manufacturing.
