A leading educational institution in Bexhill-on-Sea is seeking a Maintenance Caretaker to supervise cleaning staff and maintain grounds. Ideal candidates will have prior experience and a strong commitment to health and safety. The role requires good organizational skills and the ability to work independently. This is a part-time position, Monday to Friday, from 6:00am to 10:00am.

Overview

The Role: Maintenance Caretaker, to provide an effective caretaking service, to supervise cleaning staff and to maintain, inspect and record standards of cleaning and grounds. Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 10:00am.

You Are

A well organised individual with experience of maintenance/caretaking roles in education or industry. You will be able to work on your own initiative and demonstrate a commitment to safe working practices and a knowledge of Health and Safety. You will have knowledge of/or the willingness to learn how to use a range of mechanical and electronic systems. You will be able to maintain clear records and communicate effectively.

The Workplace provides industry relevant education for students in year 9-11 which is high quality, based on partnerships and focussed on enterprise.
