Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provision of nursing care for patients with a variety of acute conditions.
• Co-ordinating the care of patients across the multi-disciplinary team.
• Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual patient care.
• Working as part of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure correct treatment execution.
