Overview

Gi Group are looking to recruit 3 Semi-Skilled machine setters to join our team at a well-established client based in Bradford. Our client is globally known for their advanced technology with innovative turbocharger technology located in BD4 on the Euro-way industrial estate.

Basics

• Starting Rate: £15.63ph
• Uplift after 12 weeks: £16.10ph
• Uplift after 26 weeks: £16.57ph
• Overtime paid at a higher rate
• Uplifts are available dependent on a satisfactory review

Shift Pattern

• Rotating shift pattern (Weekly): Days / Mids / Nights
• Days - Monday to Friday - 6am to 2pm
• Mids - Monday to Friday - 2pm to 10pm
• Nights - Monday to Thursday - 10pm to 6am

Duties / Experience

• CNC experience preferable
• Setting up tooling and work holding devices
• Must be able to read engineering drawings and schematics
• Machine minding
• Selection of appropriate tooling
• Basic machine setting
• Loading and unloading of material and finished product
• Manual handling
• Quality checking
• All training is provided

All candidates will need to be subject to a successful drugs screening, which will take place at point of interview and will take around 30 minutes. Due to AEO Referencing in place, GI group must be able to reference you via company references for the last 12 months.
