Your day to day

You’ll maximise the quality of our products by effectively operating our unwinder/rewinder machines, performing regular quality checks, and making adjustments as required.

Periodically, you’ll organise recyclable material into bales which will be delivered to our recycling Mills.

You will need to conduct pre-use lifting and equipment guarding checks to ensure your safety.

  • 2 days, 2 nights, and 4 off (continuous).

Requirements
  • Technical and proactive approach, enabling you to set our machines correctly and carry out basic fault finding and PPMs to reduce downtime.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced FMCG production environment (e.g. Foods, Packaging, Pharmaceuticals, or ideally tissue/paper converting).
  • Critical thinking with an inquisitive approach, with the confidence to challenge.
