Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a range of machinery to ensure the production of high-quality carbide blades.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and leaders to meet and exceed organisational goals.
• Analyse operational problems, identify cause‑effect relationships, and implement effective solutions.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both individual and group settings.
• Engage in all mandatory training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Uphold company policies, particularly in Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety standards.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping practices to keep the work environment safe and efficient.
