BASIC SALARY: 14.12 per hour.

Company Profile

Our client is seeking a Machine Operator to join their organisation based in Raunds on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the machine is running smoothly in accordance with productivity targets
• Manually packing and wrapping the products into the correct boxes ready for shipping
• Setting the machines up to produce products in line with the company's quality programme
• Escalating quality or productivity issues to the managers
• Using a computer to keep systems updated with the products being produced daily
• Making sure you are completing specified product metrics
• Printing off labels for the boxes
• Consistently working in a safe manner & adhering to the operational procedures
• Participating in company safety checks, ensuring you continue to maintain a safe environment
• Maintaining a clean working station

Person specification:

• Experience working as a Machine Operator
• Must enjoying working in a team
• Able to work in a shift pattern
• Being flexible and able to adapt to changing environments
