Overview

Our client based near Stretford, Manchester are looking to recruit Mechanical Fitters on a long term basis.

Responsibilities

• Experience working from drawings, assembling bespoke machinery for the Manufacturing Industry.
• Read drawings and mark out, and assemble components as required; adapt to bespoke machines that may require adjustments as work progresses.

Qualifications

• Time served Mechanical Fitter
• Experience reading drawings and marking out

Hours

Hours of work: Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:30; Fri 08:00-15:30. Basic 39 hours. Usual overtime of 1-2 hours per day and Saturday morning.

Pay

CIS/Limited Contractor: Basic GBP22.00 per hour. Overtime GBP27.00 per hour

PAYE: Basic GBP16.00 per hour and a half.

Umbrella Rates available.

You will need some of your own tools.
