Responsibilities

Responsible for: Our MA Practitioners are responsible for providing a high standard of learning, development and care for our children, which is steeped in the knowledge of attachment theory and early brain development. Supported by our Nursery Manager and Deputy Nursery Managers, our team will nurture environments that are emotionally and physically safe. You will be supported as you undertake your Modern Apprenticeship, leading to becoming a qualified Early Years Practitioner.

Overview

Lullaby Lane Nurseries: Lullaby Lane Nurseries is an Attachment Led Nursery, based in the heart of Milngavie and Lethamhill, specialising in the care of children aged 0-5 years old, the most formative years of a child’s life. There is a wealth of research to indicate the environment a child is exposed to, in the very earliest of years, has an impact on how they develop cognitively, emotionally and socially, which they take with them through into adulthood.

  • Have a fascination and curiosity in the development of children

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Be willing to undertake, or are currently working towards an HNC/SVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Childcare

  • Salary Banding: £15,704 - £20,800 per annum (Based on experience)
