Job summary

A leading contractor in the energy sector is seeking an experienced M&E Manager for a project in Bristol. This role involves overseeing M&E subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and managing quality control on-site. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical work and experience in Energy from Waste projects. The position requires on-site work 4-5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering M&E on industrial/Energy from Waste projects.
• Full driving licence required.
• Must reside in the South West region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage M&E activities on site.
• Oversee multiple subcontractors and ensure alignment.
• Act as client representative for M&E matters.
• Coordinate M&E interfaces with engineering teams.
• Monitor quality control and inspection processes.
• Resolve technical issues with necessary input.
• Track milestones and identify delays or risks.
• Drive performance to meet project targets.
• Document M&E changes and claims accurately.
• Ensure subcontractor safety compliance.
