A global private equity organisation is seeking a Tax Structuring Associate to support transaction execution across Europe and Asia. This role offers exposure to complex deal structures, international tax considerations and cross‑border investment activity, working alongside experienced finance, tax, and investment professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in tax‑efficient structuring for acquisitions, add‑ons, reorganisations, recapitalisations, management incentive plans, and exits.
  • Support the coordination and review of tax due diligence and structuring reports prepared by external advisors.
  • Help manage funds flow processes and maintain clear documentation for transaction execution.
  • Contribute to tax reviews of financial models and identify key considerations for senior team members.
  • Assist with evaluating holding structures and collaborating with internal teams on efficient topside arrangements.
  • Monitor European, Asian, and global tax developments and summarise relevant changes.
  • Support wider tax optimisation projects across the portfolio.
  • Work closely with investment, capital markets, and finance teams on financing and restructuring tasks.
