A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for a critical role in Mergers & Acquisitions. This position involves leading the integration of IT on multiple acquisitions, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring project success. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience in M&A environments, with outstanding communication skills. This role is initially based in London four days a week, transitioning to three post-probation.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT project management experience in M&A environments.
• Proficient in Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for M&A-related IT initiatives.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, budgets and timelines.
• Drive project governance; manage risk and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors.
• Support due diligence by assessing target IT data.
