Hours / Weeks: 7.08 hours per week

Grade / Salary: Band B Point 2-4 (£24,796 - £25,185) subject to pro rata (£4,142.50- £4,207.50)

Job Overview

We are seeking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor to work under the direction of the Office Manager/Senior Supervisory Assistant to supervise, guide and assist children during the midday break and ensure their safety, general welfare and appropriate behaviour.

Responsibilities

As a Lunchtime Supervisor, your responsibilities include:

  • Supervise, guide and assist children during the midday break.
  • Ensure children's safety, general welfare and appropriate behaviour.
  • Support staff and stakeholders in maintaining a safe environment.
  • Report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate authorities.
Qualifications
  • Interest in young people and the ability to engage with and motivate children.
  • The ability to motivate students and a desire to make a positive contribution to their education.
  • The ability to manage challenging behaviour in line with the school behaviour policy.
  • A commitment to the ethos of the school.
