Lunchtime Supervisor (ASAP Start)

Hours: 11 15, Monday to Friday
Location: Ealing, West London
Pay: £14-15 per hour (depending on experience/qualifications)
Start Date: ASAP

The Role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join a supportive and inclusive primary school setting in Ealing. You will play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and structured lunchtime environment for children, including those with additional needs such as moderate to severe learning difficulties, autism (ASD), ADHD, or speech and language challenges.

Your main responsibilities will include supervising children during lunch, encouraging positive behaviour, supporting social interaction, and ensuring safety and wellbeing across the dining hall and playground. This is a perfect role for someone patient, caring, and passionate about helping children thrive in a nurturing environment.

Requirements
  • Experience supporting children with SEN (experience with ASD/ADHD is a plus)
  • A proactive, caring, and patient approach
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
