Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Account Manager to join our lifestyle team, working across a premium portfolio of homeware, interiors, and hotel clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong interest in design and hospitality, who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will play a key role in developing and executing PR strategies, nurturing strong media and influencer relationships and delivering coverage that strengthens our clients' brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of key lifestyle accounts across the homeware, interiors, and hospitality sectors.
- Develop and execute creative PR strategies, seasonal plans, and targeted media outreach.
- Cultivate strong relationships with relevant media, influencers, stylists, and industry insiders.
- Secure high-quality, on-brand coverage across print, digital, social, and broadcast channels.
- Manage press launches, showroom visits, media appointments and events.
- Draft media pitches, client reports, and coverage updates.
- Provide strategic guidance, clear communication and strong reporting to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (digital, events, and creative) to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
- Support new business development through research, proposal writing, and participation in presentations as needed.
- Reports to: Vice President, Beauty & Lifestyle.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in PR or communications within the lifestyle sector.
- Strong knowledge of and interest in design, interiors, homeware, and hospitality industries.
- Excellent media contacts across lifestyle, design, and travel publications.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact PR campaigns and media placements.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Confident client liaison and account handling skills.
