A leading facilities management provider based in Central London is seeking a Cleaning Account Manager to oversee a large corporate client. This dynamic role requires strong leadership and people management skills to ensure service excellence across two locations. You will build client relationships, manage cleaning teams, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures. Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and motivational skills, able to manage pressure and influence at all levels.
  • Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety systems in the cleaning industry.
  • Previous experience managing commercial cleaning contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for high satisfaction.
  • Oversee quality service delivery across all sites.
  • Recruit and manage cleaning teams to foster high performance.
  • Conduct audits and reports to meet contractual requirements.
  • Lead contract review meetings with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and account growth.
