Responsibilities
  • Working with our customer via email and phone throughout the whole of Europe and the UK to coordinate deliveries and collections of goods
  • Research various vendor options and select the best options based on the customers needs
  • Work with vendors to determine a reasonable rate and to coordinate the timing and means of delivery
  • Handle any related to vendor service, such as poor product quality or delivery delays
  • Find solutions to budget limitations, vendor errors, and other problems as they arise
  • Keep an accurate record of jobs on hand
  • Track orders from placement through to delivery
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained
  • Import compliance for HMRC administrative support
  • Provide support to other areas of the business when required
  • Excellent communication, planning and organisation skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
