Responsibilities

• Goods Handling
  • Receive and inspect goods at the designated location as per Cargoplug’s instructions.
  • Process and package goods for safe transportation, following company guidelines and industry standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packaged goods to Cargoplug personnel.
• Freight Management
  • Supervise office operations related to freight management.
  • Oversee and coordinate all shipments from the U.K. to Nigeria.
  • Ensure all freight activities align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Administrative Operations
  • Maintain accurate records of all shipments.
  • Use Cargoplug’s online portal to communicate effectively with clients regarding services.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with both EU and Nigeria customs regulations.
• Customer Service
  • Liaise with walk-in clients and respond to calls and WhatsApp messages regarding service inquiries and parcel drop-offs.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and ensure client satisfaction.
• Marketing Support
  • Assist in marketing operations by capturing and sending photos and videos of hub activities to Cargoplug for social media and promotional use.
• In‑Store Shopping Assistance
  • Perform in-store shopping on behalf of Cargoplug clients as needed.
  • Ensure proper handling and documentation of client purchases.
• Other Responsibilities
  • Perform all other duties related to logistics and freight operations as assigned.
  • Ensure a high level of operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

Employment Information

Experience: Not required
Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM.
Benefits: £250-£300 per week (depending on experience)
