Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Competitive salary package up to £26,000

Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient management of import logistics, shipping processes, and on-time deliveries. If you have experience in logistics, shipping, or order management and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Track import shipments and maintain logistics databases

  • Coordinate with Sales, Merchandising, Warehouses, and Freight Forwarders

  • Review and manage import documents and customs procedures

  • Schedule deliveries and handle pre-alerts

  • Communicate across departments to ensure timely arrivals

What we're looking for
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain operations

  • Knowledge of import freight and customs regulations

  • Skilled in Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems (Dynamics 365 is a plus)

  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
