Responsibilities:

• To actively promote a safety, health and environment culture in accordance with H&S responsibilities as defined in the H&S policy.
• To operate with strict levels of integrity in dealing with business sensitive information.
• Ensure that the booking system is maintained and published.
• Process detailed purchase orders & Invoices.
• Help to manage the 3pl distribution accounts by analysing complex data.
• Key account administration
• Logistical Support
• Stock management systems analysis and verification using various computer-based data sources.

Requirements:

• Must have a good standard of education with high level of numeracy.
• Be a confident and effective communicator at all levels, verbal and written.
• Possessing a Strong statistical capability
• Experience of working in a fast-paced, growth industry or business
• Ability to work across a network, challenging status quo and working without formal authority
• Excellent excel / systems knowledge
• Confident telephone and face to face personality.
