Job Description
  • Assist in coordinating shipments with customers, transporters, and freight forwarders as instructed.
  • Support the preparation of shipping and delivery documents, including Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists, Delivery Orders, and Work Orders.
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and issuing goods to ensure accuracy against documentation.
  • Update inventory records for incoming and outgoing items in the inventory management system.
  • Support pick and pack activities to ensure correct and timely order fulfillment.
  • Perform daily storekeeping duties, including arrangement, labeling, and housekeeping of stock, spare parts, and workshop items.
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and report low stock or discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for logistics and warehouse activities.
  • Assist in tracking delivery schedules and updating relevant internal teams on shipment status.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and standard operating procedures in the warehouse and store areas.
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.
Requirements
  • Certificate, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or storekeeping operations (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Basic knowledge of shipping documents and logistics processes is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
  • Physically fit and able to perform warehouse and manual handling tasks.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
