A leading retail cooperative in Manchester is looking for a Location Planning Analyst to support site acquisitions through data analysis and market insight. Ideal candidates will have experience with GIS systems and strong analytical skills. The position offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits, including bonuses and discounts on store products.

£32,000 to £45,000 plus amazing benefits (Work Level 6A)
Field-based (Full UK drivers’ licence is essential for this role)

We’re looking for a Location Planning Analyst to join our property team here at Co-op.
We’ll look to you to help us find great new location opportunities through providing insight on potential sites to help us grow and optimise our food estate. You’ll look at different factors including demographics, affluence, competition, and lifestyle to determine the suitability and success of different locations, and make sure each store meets the needs of its local community.
