Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking experienced Family Support / Early Help / Family Time Workers in the West Midlands. This role offers a pay rate of £20 to £22 per hour. The ideal candidate will have a minimum NVQ 3 in working with children and families and experience with vulnerable children. Responsibilities include working with hard to reach families and direct work with children. A dedicated consultant will support the recruitment process, which is conducted online.

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Family Support / Early Help / Family Time Workers in the West Midlands area. There are roles available across Staffordshire and Warwickshire.

Qualifications and experience
  • A minimum NVQ 3 in working with children and families or equivalent experience of working with children and families.
  • Experience of direct work with children, their families, and carers in a statutory or voluntary agency which provides services to vulnerable children and their families.
Main responsibilities and experience

You will need to have previous experience in some of the following: working with hard to reach families, experience in life journey work, parenting support work, direct work with children, transporting Looked After Children.
