Job Description

We are working with a leading European real estate investment manager seeking to hire a Real Estate Debt Asset Management Analyst to join their London-based team.

This position is suited to someone who already has 1–3 years’ experience in real estate debt, CRE lending, or loan asset management.

This is not a graduate or entry‑level role.

You will support the active management of a diversified real estate loan portfolio across the UK and Europe, including:

  • Ongoing loan monitoring and performance analysis
  • Covenant compliance (LTV, DSCR, ICR, LTC)
  • Oversight of development and construction finance (drawdowns, QS / valuer coordination, capex tracking)
  • Borrower interaction, collecting reporting and monitoring deliverables
  • Reviewing valuation, business plans, financials and project updates
  • Preparing internal portfolio summaries, asset dashboards and risk updates
  • Supporting consent processes (waivers, extensions, amendments)

This position offers excellent exposure to both senior and mezzanine lending strategies.
