Responsibilities

• Manage files from the point of admission of liability.
• Instruct medical experts and review financial losses.
• Assess medical reports and losses.
• Collate and calculate special damages.
• Prepare and submit settlement packs.
• Draft witness statements for clients.
• Progress cases litigated due to limitation.
• Handle communications with clients and defendants.
• Recover vehicle-related damages and credit hire.
• Support the team leader with additional duties.
