One of Exeter's modern and supportive law firms are looking for a Litigation Lawyer to join their team, ideally 0-5 PQE. This opportunity, which is aimed at either a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, will form part of the firm's Litigation and Employment team. Working within a close knit, friendly team in which all members enjoy strong support from senior colleagues, the team act for small and medium sized businesses, local/regional charities and regional/national housing associations as well as private individuals who are often owners of property or other substantial assets.
The primary focus of the role will be on property-related disputes, to include landlord and tenant matters. However, there may be some opportunity to undertake wider commercial litigation (to include insolvency and debt recovery that may flow from property matters). The team offers encouragement and opportunity to develop and refine areas of specialism which are of interest to the firm and to you. Solid training will be provided both initially and on an ongoing basis.
The team enjoys high quality work including referrals from our commercial and residential property colleagues as well as from our sector teams: Charities, Residential and Holiday Parks and Residential Providers. The team also has a growing reputation with local property agents, which is leading to an increase in external referrals.

They believe in giving back into the community and are prolific at supporting local charities and organisations with fundraising and other supportive activity. They enjoy a modern, forward-thinking culture, without being cut-throat or too demanding, focusing on ensuring that they have "happy teams" of people!
