About the Opportunity

This role offers ownership of a varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will manage files from inception to conclusion, backed by an experienced team and the resources of a well‑established firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse range of litigation matters from initial instruction through resolution.
  • Provide high‑quality, client‑focused legal advice and representation, building strong relationships and maintaining excellent communication.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the litigation department through excellent client service and potential business development activities.
  • Ensure all work meets regulatory standards and adheres to the firm’s quality assurance procedures and professional obligations.
Essential Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate.
  • Minimum 2 years PQE in litigation (2‑6 years encouraged).
  • Demonstrable experience handling civil litigation matters.
  • Property disputes experience highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client‑focused approach.
  • Proficiency in case management systems and legal technology platforms.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
