Qualifications

• Experience in handling linked and organized fraud is desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge of the litigation process / working knowledge of the CPR is necessary.
• Evidence of working to client guidelines is required.

Responsibilities

• Run a caseload of Litigated RTA suspected fraud files.
• Work closely with claims handlers and the Lead Lawyer to achieve results.
• Conduct detailed reviews and analysis of evidence throughout cases.

Skills

Experience in civil litigation claims handling

Good advocacy skills

High level of analytical skills

Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize work under pressure

Education

ILEX, LPC or similar qualification
