Marmon Lift Recruitment is supporting one of the UK’s leading independent lift companies in the search for an experienced and driven Lift Service Manager based in Dartford.
Now operating as a stand‑alone, PE‑backed business, our client is undergoing significant transformation and growth. The Lift Service Manager role is a key appointment within this journey, providing leadership, technical oversight, and operational excellence across the Service Department.
Lead and manage the Lift Service team, ensuring efficient, safe, and high‑quality delivery of all repair and maintenance activities.
Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and performance management to meet customer expectations and contractual deadlines.
Foster strong client relationships, handling escalations and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Drive safety culture and compliance, conducting audits and ensuring proper use of PPE, tools, and vehicles.
Support hiring, training, and development of engineers and office staff.
Manage budgets and performance metrics to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to deliver seamless service and quality outcomes.
Proven leadership experience within the lift industry, ideally in service or repairs management.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing lift service, engineering operations, or related services.
Strong technical understanding of lift systems and safety standards.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and client relationship skills.
Confident using service management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
