Overview

Here at Rugby School Sports Centre, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Lifeguard to join our team in a fast-paced, busy poolside environment. You will be responsible for keeping our swimmers safe and happy. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service which will be important whilst supervising our swimmers in the pool. You will also support the Duty Officer and operational team to ensure the centre is safe, clean and tidy when off poolside. You will have excellent attention to detail, and the ability to act safely and quickly in order to get straight into action when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise swimmers in the pool and ensure their safety and wellbeing.
• Provide excellent customer service while monitoring the pool area.
• Support the Duty Officer and operational team to maintain a safe, clean and tidy centre when off poolside.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to act safely and quickly when required.
