Overview

I am representing a life insurance client who require an actuary to support IFRS 17 reporting through Q4/Q1. Primarily BAU reporting, there may also be some support of projects required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing IFRS 17 financial reporting support for BAU activities through Q4/Q1.
• Assist with project work as required.

Qualifications

• Qualified Life actuary (qualified by experience considered).
• Significant financial reporting experience, specifically IFRS 17.
• Experience with additional reporting metrics (SII, GAAP) is beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder management and written & verbal communication skills.

Location

London – flexible working is fine; time in the office is desirable if local.

Contract Details

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 3-6 month initial contract
• Rate: £500-700/day inside IR35 (Umbrella company contract)
