Job summary

A family-run private nursery in Harrow is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to provide high-quality care and engaging learning experiences. You will plan activities, assess children's progress, and build strong relationships with families in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have a CACHE Level 3 qualification or equivalent, be enthusiastic about child development, and work well as part of a team. This is a full-time position during term time with hours from 8:15am to 4:15pm, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a private Nursery setting.

Key Responsibilities of a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner:

• Provide a safe, secure, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive
• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Observe, assess, and record each child's progress
• Be a key person to a group of children, building strong and trusting relationships with families
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
• Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare procedures at all times

Requirements of a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner:

• A CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Nursery (or equivalent)
• or Proven experience working in a Nursery or Nursery setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
• Passionate about supporting children's learning through play
• A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to teamwork
• Strong communication and organisational skills
