Long Term Futures is working in partnership with a warm, well-established private nursery in Walthamstow seeking a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner. This long-term role is ideal for an enthusiastic and experienced Early Years professional who is committed to providing high-quality learning experiences for children aged 0-5.

You will deliver engaging, play-based learning aligned with the EYFS framework, support children's developmental milestones, and build strong relationships with families and colleagues. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, play-based learning for children aged 0-5
  • Plan, lead and evaluate activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Carry out observations, assessments and developmental tracking
  • Support children's early communication, social and physical development
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with children and parents
  • Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain a safe, nurturing environment
  • Assist with daily routines, safeguarding practices and behaviour expectations
Essential Requirements
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
