Are you an enthusiastic EYFS Level 3 Practitioner looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in early childhood education?

A friendly nursery school in Harrow is seeking two dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join their team from January 2026. With recent staff changes, they are looking for individuals who bring energy, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s early development. The nursery offers excellent in-house training, continuous support, and a positive, growth-oriented team culture.

What We’re Looking For
  • Full Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
  • Experience in Nursery or Reception settings
  • A nurturing, enthusiastic approach to early childhood development
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Strong communication skills and team collaboration
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and support high-quality EYFS learning experiences
  • Assist with planning, observations, and assessments
  • Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for children
  • Work closely with colleagues to promote each child’s development
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth operation of the setting
Interview Process

The recruitment process will include two stages :

  • Child Interaction Session (30–40 minutes) : Engage a child in a simple activity.
  • Formal Interview : A conversation with the Nursery Manager and Nursery Director.
