Are you a passionate and driven Lettings Negotiator looking to take on a new challenge? This is your chance to join a family run agency in the Wolverhampton area that has built a well respected name in the area for providing a quality service.

My client is on the lookout for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team and support in the day to day operations of the lettings department.

Lettings Negotiator role – What’s in It for You?
  • Basic salary of £25,000
  • Paid for parking permit
  • Commission on top Up to £29,000 basic
  • Great hours!
Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator:
  • Work collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve branch goals and being active in all aspects of the lettings process
  • Ensure property compliance, maintaining gas safety, EPC and EICR certification, arranging contractors where needed
  • Engage with clients—handling telephone and face-to-face enquiries with exceptional customer service
  • Conduct property viewings, gather feedback, and negotiate tenancies with landlords and tenants
  • Oversee smooth move-ins, ensuring properties are fully prepared
  • Maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, offering expert guidance throughout the process
  • Play a key role in strengthening the brand in the local market
  • Keep up to date with evolving legislation
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in a Lettings Negotiator role is essential
  • Sales & customer service experience – you’re a natural with people!
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
  • A full driving license & access to a vehicle
  • Ambitious, motivated, and eager to progress in the ever evolving world of lettings
