Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator and looking for a new opportunity?

My client, a well-respected Independent agent, is looking for a Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of 6-12 months' experience to join the team in the south London branch. This is a great opportunity to develop your career as a Lettings Negotiator with ahighly reputable company.

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

  • Upto £20,000 Basic
  • £35,000 - £40,000 OTE
  • Car allowance
  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • A sociable and supportive working environment

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday8.45 am -6.00 pm
  • Alternative Saturdays 10.00 am – 4.00 pm

Requirements for the Lettings Negotiator position:

  • At least 6 – 12 months of previous experience in a Lettings Negotiator role.
  • Driven and sales-oriented
  • Full UK driving license
  • Desire to hit and exceed targets
  • Passion for property
  • Strong communication skills

As the Lettings Negotiator, your role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Arrange viewings
  • Match tenants with suitable properties
  • Handle rent agreements
  • Deposit discussions
  • Negotiate on terms that satisfy both the tenant and the landlord
  • Provide support and advice for both the landlords and tenants throughout the rental process.
  • An aspect of business development to win listings.
  • Will book in valuations
