How you will make an impact as a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Grays:
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Agree new tenancies
- Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
Requirements and qualities
- Experience in lettings or a strong understanding of the local market
- Excellent customer service skills

About the role
Spicerhaart is a forces-friendly company offering many Estate Agency roles to those considering leaving the forces.

- £30,000 OTE in your first year
- Uncapped commission
- Full-time hours: 8:30am–6:00pm four weekdays per week, and 9:00am–5:00pm every Saturday
