Arbuthnot Commercial Asset Based Lending is a subsidiary of Arbuthnot Latham and provides award-winning asset-based lending (ABL) facilities, plus cash flow loans to B2B SMEs and lower mid-market corporates for mergers and acquisitions, MBI, MBO, growth, and refinancing scenarios.

To manage all clients within the assigned portfolio in accordance with corporate objectives, approved policy & appetite statements and best practice, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data and records, as well as detecting errors and fraud. Delivering effective client risk management strategies for and provide high quality service to Arbuthnot Commercial Asset Based Lending clients.

  • Develop & maintain strong relationship with clients at board level, maximising client life and retention.
  • Keep bad debts and client attrition to a minimum.
  • Support the sustainable and profitable growth of Arbuthnot Commercial ABL in all pricing discussions.
  • Understand risk drivers and monitor triggers ensuring that risk is managed within Arbuthnot Commercial ABL Credit Policy and Procedures.
