Job summary

A dedicated children's support agency in Leicester is looking for experienced Behaviour Support and Care Workers. You will provide essential support to children with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs, Autism, and challenging behavior. Applicants should have personal or professional experience in relevant fields and a Clear Enhanced DBS. This full-time role requires availability Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting children with challenging behavior, Autism, or mental health requirements.
• Personal and professional experience will be considered.
• Clear Enhanced DBS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children with challenging behavior.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior interventions.
