The role is based in Ballyclare, with flexible working hours from Monday to Friday. Both full-time and part-time positions are available due to company growth.

Position Details:

  • Typing and audio typing of letters, faxes, memos, emails, and documents.

  • Managing telephone calls and messages on behalf of solicitors.
  • Handling emails, making appointments, and maintaining records.
  • Filing, faxing, photocopying, and general support to the team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Legal Secretary.
  • Experience in Conveyancing is preferred.
  • Effective time management and diary management skills.
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner.
