The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to legal professionals
  • Transcribe legal documents, correspondence, and other materials accurately
  • Organise and maintain legal files and documents
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
