Job description

Experienced Legal Secretary/PA required to join a leading law firm to provide a professional, client-focused personal assistant service to Senior Lawyers and Partners on a range of business matters. The role holder is first point of contact, dealing with all correspondence and calls, and managing the diary and inbox. You will assist the team with matter administration and billing, manage documents and databases, and assist with the ongoing maintenance and improvement of systems and procedures. There will also be involvement in the organisation of events and engagements, along with arranging travel, transport and accommodation.

The successful candidate will be a confident, organised and proactive individual, with a good level of previous experience in a similar role within the legal sector. Strong communication skills are essential, and you must be able to work with confidentiality and discretion, a flexible approach and the ability to multi-task, prioritising matters and retaining a calm, professional manner when under pressure.
