Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking to join a progressive and well-regarded firm?

Our client - a modern and dynamic firm of solicitors with offices across Preston - is seeking a professional and proactive Legal Secretary to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and forward-thinking practice with a strong presence in multiple legal sectors, including Personal Injury, Conveyancing, and Wills & Probate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital dictation and audio typing of legal documentation and correspondence
  • Preparing and formatting court forms, legal bundles, and case files
  • Diary and calendar management, including court scheduling and client appointments
  • Liaising professionally with clients, courts, barristers, and third-party agencies
  • Supporting fee earners with general administrative tasks and case management

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally across multiple practice areas
  • Strong IT and audio typing skills (digital dictation experience essential)
