As a Legal Recoveries Specialist in our debt recovery department, you'll play a vital role in our mission by providing compassionate and effective support to our customers.

Full‑time contracts available at 36.25 hours. Part‑time contracts available at minimum 25 hours.

Location: Our offices at Pride Park in Derby.

Hours of Work: Mon‑Fri 09:00‑17:15 (flexibility may be needed depending on client workloads).

What You'll Do

Customer Interaction:

  • You’ll communicate with customers over the phone, understanding their unique situations and offering tailored solutions.

Debt Resolution:

  • You’ll work towards key performance indicators, setting up payment plans, and navigating litigation processes when necessary.

Empathy and Support:

  • You’ll approach each interaction with empathy, providing guidance and support to customers, some of whom may be vulnerable. We will work with you on developing your skills to handle all calls to achieve fair outcomes.
