Legal Mail Coordinator

up to 12 months contract

£140 – £200 per day depending on experience

London – hybrid (3 days office based)

Meraki Talent are working with a Top Professional Services firm who are looking for multiple Legal Mail Coordinators to join their outsourced Legal Services team on a contract basis. This role is to support on an on-going project basis, with potential to be extended.

The ideal candidate will be a Law graduate with at least 1-2 years proven experience in a similar role, handling legal documentation and mail efficiently. Attention to detail, accuracy and compliance knowledge are essential.

Legal Mail Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, categorise, and route incoming legal correspondence promptly and accurately.
  • Route legal mail to the appropriate team or individual based on established workflows.
  • Maintain precise records using document management systems and workflow tools.
  • Collaborate with project managers and legal operations teams to ensure smooth processes.
  • Escalate complex issues or anomalies in mail handling for resolution.
  • Contribute to process improvements while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Legal Mail Coordinator Experience:

  • Law graduate with proven experience in a legal administrative or operational role.
