A leading law firm in Bristol is seeking a Legal Director / Partner in Construction to lead a growing team. You'll provide expertise in both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, while enjoying hybrid working arrangements. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of PQE and a strong background in construction law, as well as the ability to manage local client relationships effectively. Legal Director / Partner- Construction -Bristol with hybrid working

Client

A full service, top 100 UK, forward thinking law firm, with ambitious growth plans

Role
  • This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer tolead agrowing team in afirm which enjoys an enviable reputation
  • Advising onboth contentious and non-contentious construction matters
  • Providing project support advice for the firm's real estate/corporate/other departments
You
  • Will ideally have an existing local/regional client base to transfer and be ready to grow the practice
  • A mixed non-contentious and contentious skill set (specialists in either also considered)
  • 10+ years PQE with experience across a broad range of construction matters
  • Knowledge of the main standard form construction contracts, in particular JCT/NEC.
  • Experience of non-contentious/Transactional construction advice and contentious advice re: typical dispute resolution forums
