As part of our on-going growth strategy, we are looking for a Legal Director to join the Manchester Infrastructure, Projects & Energy team to help service their ever-growing roster of clients across social infrastructure, energy and utilities and transport.

Job description

You will have responsibility for drafting and negotiating commercial documents, managing transaction processes, and supervising the contribution of less experienced colleagues.

You will have the opportunity to advise private and public sector clients across all of our key sectors, as well as continuing to build on the expertise you will have developed to date in sectors you have a particular interest in.

Strongly encouraged to take responsibility for business development both by engaging directly with client contacts at networking events and by providing training.

Taking an active role in leading and developing junior talent within the team.
