A leading facility services provider in Guildford is seeking a part-time Legal Counsel. This role involves providing legal support for procurement contracts, assisting with disputes, and advising on legal developments. We are seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal support to the UK & Ireland's Supply Chain and Procurement (SC&P) function.
This part-time role (30 hours per week) offers flexibility within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The role will primarily focus on procurement contracts, but also covers a diverse range of sectors, including banking, office environments, and production. You will support the SC&P function across four key categories: hard facilities management, food, catering and waste services, indirect services (including temporary labour, cleaning, laundry, IT, landscaping, and office facilities such as mailroom and AV), and fleet and travel.
As the Legal Counsel, you will provide legal expertise throughout the entire lifecycle of transactions, from bidding and negotiation to business as usual (BAU) and exit/termination stages.
