The ideal candidate will provide legal advice concerning employment law and work closely with various teams. As a Legal Counsel specialising in Employment, you will provide legal advice and counsel to the QinetiQ Group, covering all aspects of industrial relations & employment law, related litigation and mediation issues, regulatory compliance and broader legal subjects relating to employment issues. Day-to-day, you'll report into the Group Head of Employment Law, and collaborate as needed with the People Function, Sector Operations and our legal advisers in the QinetiQ Group in-house Legal & IP Team, and our global network of external legal counsel.
